WHO

Trivr Eats is a fast-growing virtual restaurant company that partners with ghost kitchens to deploy delivery-focused brands. Their mission is to connect people over healthy, delicious food delivered in a convenient and environmentally conscious way.

WHAT

To deliver on this vision, Trivr Eats needed a reliable, scalable, and responsive platform that would allow partner kitchens to manage multiple delivery brands efficiently, without operational friction or technology breakdowns.

WHY

After trying several tablet consolidation systems, Trivr Eats found that most were incomplete solutions with weak support and unreliable ingestion. They needed not just functional tech, but a partner who understood their model and was willing to grow with them.

Solution

KitchenHub delivered a robust, all-in-one order and tablet consolidation platform tailored to the complexity of Trivr Eats' virtual restaurant model. The system ensured seamless, real-time order flow across all connected platforms without a single missed order.

Beyond just functionality, the relationship evolved into a true partnership: Trivr Eats gained direct access to KitchenHub’s leadership team, could submit product feedback, and regularly saw their suggestions implemented rapidly. This level of responsiveness and alignment helped Trivr Eats optimize operations while preserving their own brand’s customer-first culture.

Challenges Resolved

Inconsistent or missing order ingestion from previous platforms

Slow or non-existent customer service (multi-day support delays)

Poor onboarding experience and lack of post-sale engagement

Fragmented app and menu management workflows

At Trivr Eats, we connect people to one another over healthy, delicious food delivered in a convenient and environmentally friendly way

The fooddelivery market is growing and growing incredibly fast. Industry experts predict today’s $35 billion food delivery market will grow to $76 billion intwo years and to $365 billion by 2030.

Trivr Eats is a Virtual Restaurant company partnering with host kitchens to carry our delivery focused brands. Our partners add on secondary revenue streams to raise their sales by an average of an additional 250k per year. Overall we maximize the potential money each kitchen can make, increasing staff productivity and efficiency!

We used multiple tablet consolidations systems, but found each had some functionality but not exactly what we were looking for. Customer service has been an issue with the other companies, often not getting responses to questions or issues for days or weeks. Other issues with order ingestion and app management. We felt as we didn’t matter and once we signed up and were on a monthly subscription our contacts moved on.

Order management and tablet consolidation hasn’t been an issue, all orders flow in and none have been missed. The customer service has been amazing. Everything is expedited and addressed almost instantly.

The KitchenHub team really cares about my company and our partners. They have been a great representation of my company, they care. We’ve been able to work extremely closely with their executive team and grow together a partnership. We are able to give feedback and recommendations of our needs and they are implemented very quickly.

We expect to have a great working partnership, as our companies offer complimentary services. We want to grow together and feel that both our attitudes about putting our customers first set us apart. I really appreciate the KH service and onboarding team.  They stays poised and communicates well even when our partners are being difficult.

One of my favorite things that KitchenHub does is taking feedback constructively, applying it, and getting better everyday.
