WHO
Thai Farm Kitchen is a contemporary restaurant located in the historic Seaport district of New York City. Known for its authentic cuisine and fast-paced service, it was launched with a strong focus on delivery and off-premise dining from day one.
WHAT
Thai Farm Kitchen needed seamless connections to major delivery platforms like DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats. Their early setup using POS integrations led to workflow disruptions, kitchen errors, and inefficiencies when managing orders across multiple devices and dashboards.
WHY
As delivery was a major channel for their business model, they needed a unified platform that could simplify their digital operations, reduce overhead, and give them full control without relying on patchwork tech or excessive manual work.
Thai Farm Kitchen partnered with KitchenHub to connect with all major delivery providers through a single interface. The KitchenHub platform allowed them to manage orders, menus, pricing, hours, and delivery zones from one place without switching tablets or reconciling inconsistent systems.
KitchenHub also integrated with Relay, the third-party delivery partner used by the restaurant, allowing Thai Farm Kitchen to outsource logistics without complexity. Custom online ordering via the restaurant's website was launched as well, extending reach beyond marketplaces.
Disconnected POS-based order management across multiple platforms
Frequent order mistakes due to manual handling and kitchen confusion
Delays and errors from slow or inconsistent menu updates
Staff time spent switching between tablets and systems
Frustration with managing delivery logistics separately
KitchenHub solved everything we struggled with before – from order chaos to menu changes.
It helps to reduce the time spent by restaurant and kitchen staff to keep an eye on all incoming orders.
