Nooks organic, formerly nooks &kindles, was founded by Nick Pace & Kendall Berman in 2014. what first started out as a healthy snack company turned juice bar, nooks organic is now a full-grown, trendy nutritional food spot serving up acai bowls, smoothies, juices, and more.
